- Step 2 – Set Lifetime Goals
- Brainstorm a list of goals that you would like to achieve in your lifetime
- Trim down this list on what you want to achieve, not others’ goals for you
- Fill in the Life Goals [page 1] of the Personal Goals Template
- Step 3 – Set Smaller Goals based on Time
- Long-Term Goals >5 years
- Mid-Term Goals >1 year or <5 years
- Short-Term Goals < 1 year
- Fill in page 2, 3, and 4 of the template for each timeframe
