Step 4 – Reflect and Consider for at least one week
- What descriptions in my current brand are ones I want to keep?
- What good things aren’t coming through in my current brand that I would like to see?
- What descriptions in my current brand am I ready to let go of?
Step 5 – Describe in one sentence the Future Brand you want
Step 6 – What goals do you want to complete in the next year that support your Target Brand? [add to your goals created during the Setting Goals activities]
Step 7 – Identify 3 Behaviors you want to change to meet your Target Brand goals.
Step 8 – Try out each of the 3 behaviors for at least one week and see if you felt authentic to who you are or if any of the behaviors did not match who you want to be.
Step 9 – Replace any behaviors that did not match who you want to be and repeat Step 8.
Step 10 – Revise your personal brand sentence to include the changes to the descriptions you are targeting after changing your behaviors. Now you have a Target Brand to start living by in your every day life.
